To register a property on the website complete the New Property Form found under the ADD PROPERTY tab on the home page. See below for a description of the information required for each field.
Required Information
The following fields must be completed in order to add a property to the website:
Property Name
Enter the name of the property.
Short Description
Use this short description to briefly describe your property. This will help to grab the attention of potential buyers. For example "Diamond play in the Otish Mountains".
Background Information
Background information about your project can include a description of its location and the nearest town as well as details like historical exploration and mining.
Description of Property
Include information such as the size of the project area and any topographical features that are present.
Property Type
Select your property type from this list. See explanations below;
Undefined |
Use this to describe a property which is not an operating or former mine. This describes grass roots and exploration properties (see Property Status). |

Property Status
Grass Roots |
A property which is in the very early stages of exploration and has not been the subject of drilling activity. Grass roots properties will include those which have not been worked at all or where only preliminary exploration has taken place such as rock chip sampling and mapping. |
Exploration |
A property which has been the subject of drilling. |
Advanced Exploration |
A property which has a resource defined by drilling. |
Pre-feasibility |
A property in the stages of a pre-feasibility study. |
Feasibility |
A property in the stages of a full feasibility study. |
Construction |
A property currently under construction in preparation for mining and processing. |
Operating |
A property which is currently mining and/or processing materials. |
Mothballed |
A mine which has been placed on care and maintenance. |
Inactive |
A prospect which is not currently the subject of any exploration work. |
Rehabilitation |
A depleted mine area under rehabilitation. |
Work History
A brief summary of exploration and development works undertaken at the property.
Geology (Regional)
Brief description of the regional geology.
Geology (Detailed)
Description of the geology contained within the boundaries of the property.
Type of Opportunity
| • | For Sale - select this option if 100% of the property is available for outright purchase. Please add details to the Ownership Notes also. |
| • | Joint Venture - select this option if a joint venture partner is sought to purchase an interest in the property either through outright purchase or through an 'earn in' agreement. Please add details to the Ownership Notes field about this. |
| • | Other - another type of transaction is sought. Please complete the Ownership Notes field to describe this. |

Ownership Notes
Enter notes describing the details of the structure of the opportunity on offer. Please include information on other parties and their equity as well as the % equity available for investment.
Property Location
Select the COUNTRY from the drop-down list. If available also select the STATE from the drop-down list.
Location Description
Describe the proximity and direction of your property with relation to the nearest town eg: 25km SW of Timmins.
Latitude
Enter the latitude in degrees and minutes and select northing or southing.
Longitude
Enter the longitude in degrees and minutes and select easting or westing.
Terms and Conditions
You MUST read the terms and conditions of adding properties to the site as it contains important legal information. When you have read these conditions and agreed to them, enter your name, company, position and email address in the boxes provided. you must also tick the box provided. When completed click the 
button.
Additional Property Details
All the fields under this heading are optional for those adding properties to the site. This information will assist the Intierra Quest to review your property.
When you have completed adding your property the system will display your property entry as it will appear on our site. You now have the opportunity of editing or modifying any of the information you have entered. You can also use this facility to upload documents including reports and images.
