Properties on the database

The Mining Real Estate Website contains a number of mineral exploration and producing properties all around the globe.  The information on these properties are derived from two sources:

Properties Reported to Financial Markets

Intierra tracks every announcement lodged to the North American, Australian and South African stock markets by resource companies.  If a company reports they are seeking a joint venture partner for their property, this information is recorded and databased.

Properties lodged with Mining Real Estate by Vendors

Anyone can lodge mineral properties to the website when they are looking for a joint venture partner or wish to sell.  This information is captured online and added to the database.

How to find a property

There are two ways of looking for properties on the database using the property search function.

Find by Name

To find a property by name simply type the name of the property you are looking for into the Property Search field and click the Magnifying Glass icon.

Running an Advanced Search

To run an advanced search complete the Advanced Search form.  The search function locates properties in the Mining Real Estate database including those reported to financial markets as well as those lodged by vendors (as discussed above).  The search form  is divided into a number of sections as indicated by the bold headings eg: Search for Opportunity Type.  Selecting options within a section means that the property search will be limited by the selection you have made. For example if you tick the "Property for Sale" option under the "Search for  Opportunity Type" section, the search will find only properties which are for sale.  If you also tick the "Property for Joint Venture Option" under this section, the search will find all properties for sale or for joint venture.  If you choose not to tick any options in this section the search will find all properties irrespective of their Opportunity Type.

You can select as many or as few options as you require when building a search. For example, you may wish to find all properties "For Joint Venture" in the location of "AFRICA" which have the commodity of "GOLD".  You can easily build this type of search by selecting these options under the Search for Opportunity Type, Search by Location and Search by Commodity sections.

A detailed explanation of each option is outlined below this image.
