How properties are listed on the site

Mining Real Estate gathers information on mineral properties around the globe which are available for sale or seeking farm in partners.  How do we do this?  In two ways;

Mining Real Estate is a division of Intierra Limited, a global resource data aggregator.  Intierra's service tracks many key global stock exchanges covering North America, South Africa and Australia.  Every property reported to these markets by resource companies is databased and categorised.   Currently this vast database contains around 22,000  companies and over 25,000 properties spanning every country and commodity.If a company reports that a particular project is available for farm in, or that they are seeking to sell it, this information is also captured.

Secondly, the Mining Real Estate website lets anyone register properties to the site that are available for sale or joint venture.  This free service is promoted to prospecting associations and resource companies around the globe.

Therefore, Mining Real Estate has two classes of opportunities available on the site, those reported to global stock exchanges and those registered on the site by companies and individuals.
